Julie Noles, SPHR, has over fifteen years Human Resources practitioner experience to include several industries – telecommunications, government contracting, and non-profit. Ms. Noles has been through OFCCP desk audits of affirmative action plans and more recently involved with EEOC complaint responses.  She has a unique perspective on how to handle the situation professionally and poised while best representing your employer. Ms. Noles holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Athens State.

John Wilmer is a graduate of the University of Alabama, Cumberland School of Law (J.D. Degree), and New York University School of Law (LL.M Degree).  He worked for the EEOC during law school and has handled and litigated Title VII (and other discrimination) cases for more than thirty years.  John has pronounced views on how to handle an EEOC investigation.
